Track your order
Once shipped, you receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can also find this information in your customer account.

Each creation travels protected in a signed The Kingdom of Pearls box, tucked into discreet, refined packaging. Gift wrapping is free: you can add a personalized message when placing your order.
Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days after receipt to return or exchange unworn jewelry (French Consumer Code, art. L221-18). All our pieces are eligible for return. Here's how:
Send back the parcel
Place the unworn piece back in its original packaging and post it to the following address: 40 avenue de Saint-Ouen, 75018 Paris. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Receive your refund or exchange
Upon receipt and inspection, we process your refund within 4 days (product amount only) or prepare your exchange.
For an exchange, you can choose a different size, another model at the same price, or request a refund.

- All jewelry can be returned, provided it is in perfect condition.

Refund
The product refund is made to the payment method used for the order, within 4 days of receipt and verification of the returned item.
International delivery
We deliver across Europe and internationally via Colissimo, under the same terms: €3 shipping fee and signature required for high-value jewelry.
